To purchase items in our store, you must first log in (existing members) or purchase a Club Mez
membership. Memberships are limited to one per person.

Payment Options
Club Mez accepts Visa,
Mastercard, Discover, and
American Express. Pre-orders and in stock orders are charged to your
card immediately, helping us facillitate the shipment process. Please supply valid
credit card, email, and shipping
information to ensure the quickest order processing.
Shipping
Items that are described as "in stock" usually ship within 10-14 business days. Pre-ordered items ship when they
arrive at our warehouse.
Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations
Your credit card is charged immediately over
our secure server after you complete your order. Club Mez
guarantees a full refund if the pre-ordered
product becomes unavailable, if the item received
(not the packaging) is damaged, or if the item
we ship you is not what you ordered. If you
need to cancel or change your
order, please contact us
within 5 days of the date your order was placed at orders@clubmez.com. Returns for any other reason are subject to a 20% restocking fee. After the 5 day cancellation grace period, orders are final and cannot be refunded.
Refunds for shipped merchandise will only be issued if
the collectibles themselves
arrive damaged (not if the
packaging is damaged), if the
wrong item is shipped, or if
the pre-ordered item becomes unavailable.
Damaged or incorrect merchandise
must be returned and postmarked
within 5 business days from the
date of delivery.
